i took up diving when i retired from smoke jumping. i wanted to expiernce the underwater world with my own eyes, instead of thru some one elses. i have never regreted this decision since.

our point of entry at keystone1/14/2007
our entry and exit point at keystone, just south of the point townsend ferry. as a matter of fact, the ferry runs just on the other side of that rock wall.

human debris1/11/2007
on january 9th of 2007 i was diving at the edmonds underwater park, and i noticed just what appearded to be 50 or more beer bottles and dozens of golf balls. must we allow our oceans to get worse before its too late? the wild life in our waters ( world wide ) have been known to eat that stuff, such as some speceis of sharks. must we allow the animals we as divers enjoy seeing disappear? if we all could just pitch in and help clean our oceans by picking up at least 1 item every time we dive ( granted it aint much. but every little bit adds up ) then our oceans will be just a little cleaner and our children can learn from the animals we as divers enjoy seeing. on the 9th i pulled just 1 bottle and 1 golf ball to show my children what we as divers can do to help save our oceans not just in our dive comunity, but eventualy world wide.
