Benefits of Hatha Yoga for divers:

?8/13/2006 - Back in Dahab after vacation in Europe and USA

We are very happy to be back to Sinai after reexperiencing the stressful lifestyle of our friends and family in the West.  Sinai is between Africa and Asia and does not reflect the stereotypes most people have about the Middle East.  It is very chilled out and has great diving.  The water's warm and it's not too hot.  We are happy to be back in the water after a month off.  Diving brings us back to what we consider reality-- that is natural, peaceful life. Anyone who wants to experience the zen of diving can come and join us! Non divers who want to learn are welcome.
