9/19/2006 - Is it wrong to have BC envy?
On Saturday morning I touched base with a lovely lady I buddied with on my recent dive trip to Lady Musgrave Island (let's call her Robyn). She was off to our local dive store (Southport Fishing and Dive) to "gear up." I met her there and over the course of the morning she managed to get her kit together with help from Danny.
All was going swimmingly - or should I say bubbly - until we got to the BC point. Robyn decided she wanted to check out the BC of my affection (which obviously I do not have) - The new She Dives BC from Mares.

It was fine when it is booties, fins, mask, even regs - but the BC?
Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled for Robyn, just highly envious. This time last year I bought the Vector Chrome and while it is a good BC, I have never been superdooper over the moon in lust with my BC. I want a new BC. Simple. I also want World Peace and a self cleaning kitched, but the BC really gets me.
To top it all off?
Robyn is going out on Friday morning before work to the Scottish Prince.
GRUMBLE!
I love my job but 10-11 hours every day plus 2.5 hours travel every days sucks chuncks when there is 20m vis.
