30/1/2006 - Weekends Diving

This weekend was for ME.
I dived with some friends through the Dive Shop i used to associate with.
Saturday I did a 47minute dive at the CO-OP at Nelsons Bay.
- lots of tiger pipe fish, very colourful nudis, one port jackson shark
The water was a cold 20 degrees. ( cold for that is, with my stupid wetsuit )
Sunday I did a 57minutes dive at Halifax Park at Nelsons Bay.
- lots of bullseyes, one southern silver drummer, lots of blue gropers ( i am the groper trainer hehehe - see below )

I dived on Sunday with my partners Brother-In-Law and my mate from Saturdays dives. We had Blue Gropers all over the dive site. One particular time, the guys were trying to pat the Groper, and it just kept swimming away. I tried to pat it and it let me. One kept circling me, and i was spinning around to keep up with it and patting it the whole time. It was like it was enjoying my touch. The guys were so jealous. It was great.
During the dive i kept yelling out " I am the Groper Trainer " hehehe.
