| Two dives off Pt Loma late Friday afternoon aboard the Marissa. Carl and Brandon working the boat. The first was at Broomtail Reef (40fsw). A site selected by the lone instructor (with one OW student) who required a site less than 40ft. Surge was heavy and the pictures are the proof. none worth posting. The second dive was 7 fathoms and proved to be much more better. An interesting and clearly visible thermocline was present at 75'. Surge was light.
