If there is one thing i hate it is having to tell people they cant learn to dive today. it puts me in a bad situation and I feel terrible. So those who ever want to learn to dive please dont show up drunk or hung over!

Nothing is worse than having a buddy show up intoxicated/ hung over, whining and not really looking to get into the water... except maybe a student doing it. The only upside is watching them try to learn to dive while trying not to feel the effects of the cold, the ocean and their breakfast. But really, if you drink too much, call the dive and save me the trouble.
