Heck, I'm going out on the King Neptune tomorrow and then we're doing Farnsworth Bank Friday. I don't let a little rain stop me, as long as the runoff doesn't destroy visibility. The lighting U/W is often great during a storm... nice flat lighting with no solar highlights streaming through the holes in the kelp canopy.
