| When I first give students their (SSI) Open Water Manual to read and I briefly flip through outlining the chapters, my Chapter 5 Summary finshes with "and... Garibaldi". There's several pages dedicated to coral and reef fish and then a loan garibaldi alongside a picture of a "magnificent" kelp forest. I've never even seen one in real life though. |

| Just to clarify, the garibaldi is the state salt water fish, the golden trout is the State freshwater fish. I've never seen a golden trout! |
