10/30/2008 - Oh What A Night

Tonight was one of the best night dives I've had in years. After yesterday's miserable conditions I didn't expect to get in the water, but after looking at the beach cams I saw that it was flat. Merry and I jumped in the Bottom Mobile and splashed into Redondo Canyon. Nudis, crabs, shrimp, juvenile fish and zooplankton were everywhere. Visibility went from five feet yesterday to over twenty feet tonight. Here's a few samples of the animal fest.
