9/30/2006 - Early Morning Dip In The Pool

Jeff Shaw and I met at Marineland at 7:00 this morning for an early dive. The vis was down to about six feet but it was still an interesting dive. As we entered the water, a pod of dolphins swam over the reef we were about to visit. Jeff got to practice his dolphin kick after forgetting his fins. He used my spare Jetfin.
We traversed the reef, spotting an octopus in every hole and two Sunstars. We made our way back the the beach where I popped up to see blue Smurf gloves. Claudette and Ken were about to enter.
After the dive we filled tanks, washed gear and then headed to Divebum Don's little place for a pool party. Jeff and Drysuit Greg tried out old double-hose regs and a scooter, much to the wonderment of Jeff's dog. She followed him around the pool.
